I recently joined the course and expecting a response email and didn't receive one. I have not received a verification link yet. What should I do?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

I did not get any form of verification other than I stated getting emails. On their blog, http://mechanicalmooc.wordpress.com/ , there is a link that says "Course Sequence." That will get you to their entire planned path. The real goal of the MechMooc seems to be to get a group of people going through a topic at the same time. This causes an increased chance of you being about where someone else is, and therefore able to help each other. The system is rather informal because of this. On the other hand, it has made a lot of people asking about the same things at the same time and helping each other on OpenStudy.

If you are not receiving e-mails, and are not getting your internet through Comcast, then please check you spam filter. If you are a Comcast customer, see the related posts on the blog mentioned above.

Hi I just checked your status. You should be able to log in now.

The course sequence page is very helpful because it contains links to all the important course resources. But, since it serves as a good daily starting point, there should be a direct link to the sequence from the Mechanical MOOC home page in order to make it more convenient to find.
