I have to find the union of these set numbers, but I am so confused on how to do that. Find A union B. A: {2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12} B: {−2, −1, 2, 4, 7, 11}

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

union is all numbers on A and B

I know this, but I believe you have to do something to all the numbers, do you have to put them from least to greatest?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

stack them and move them about to make life simpler A: { 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12} B: {−2, −1, 2, 4, 7, 11 } now drop down all the columns

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think {−2, −1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12} is the answer right?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

thats all if them yes

Yay! Thank you for your help!
