if the price of petrol is raised by 20% today . so how much % it has to be reduced to get the orignal % ?

let the price be 100 units. raised by 20% means its 120 units now. Let it reduce by x% to get back 100 so, \(120-120\times x/100=100\) solve for x
x=50/3
