I love when in math you ask when you are ever going to use quadratic equations nd all this other crap nd they give you the stupidest scenarios that will probably never happen. Can nyone explain that to me?
Quadratic equations are just stepping stones to harder equations. You learn how to understand and manipulate them for specific uni/college courses. Most people never use them again after high school unless they are in areas such as finance, engineering and science. Most of the time you are learning them so you ability and talent in the area can be tested so you know what your good at and enjoy. It's the same for most high school subjects. In some subjects , especially physics, you have to relearn most concepts in uni/college as they were simplified for the high school syllabus.
