What is the definition of a radius? A. distance from the center of a circle to any point on the circumference B. distance from the center of a circle to any point in the circle C. line segment joining two points on the circumference and passing through the center

OpenStudy (ashleyisakitty):

The definition is B :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think the more proper definition would be A

OpenStudy (ashleyisakitty):

yeahz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because B is not correct in every case. For instance, if the center of my circle is (0,0), and I want to measure to two other points, let's say (1,0) and (2,0), the radius would not be a constant value

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

B is not correct in ANY case.
