for q5p1: il(t)=2*(1-e^(-t/tau) .... for il(t=0+) sub t=0 tau=(L/((R1+R2)||R3) .... for il(t=500m) sub t=500m tau= same as above...

In the circuit, C=100mF, R!=5,R2=11,R3=6. Whats the value of vc at t<0, at t=0+, at t=200ms? I would say it is 0 fors first two questions..
