Odyssey Ware. It's for the Cherryvale Diploma Center. I live in south east Kansas, in a very tiny town where rumors spread fast, and nobody believes the truth. So that's how I ended up in online school... Was tired of being bullied. I will tell you sometime in a private message about what happened if you'd like to know. Online school is a lot harder than public school because you basically teach yourself. But it's easier since I can do it 24/7 and on my own time. I just have to be logged on 20 hours a week.

yeah, I can think of lots of reasons why one might do it — family moving around a lot, poor local school district, parental beliefs, etc. I just don't know why anyone I've actually interacted with here is doing it :-)

I imagine it is more difficult, but potentially you have access to a wider variety of subjects than you might otherwise have. good students can take advantage of it, and poor students won't, just as it's always been...I worry about everything being done in multiple-choice (or multiple-guess as I call it) format. I don't think that really provides a benefit for anyone except the person who is grading (or paying for the grading)...

I got mixed in with the wrong group of kids for awhile and started drinking and smoking weed for about a month and didn't do any school work during that time, so I'm behind as of right now. But I snapped out of it :) I have another week to finish, but I'm gonna see if the Diploma Center will let me have another week or two to finish, because even if I work my butt off for a week straight, I still won't be able to get done. I'll just keep praying. Everything happens in God's world for a reason. :)

If i wasn't so lazy I think I would be smarter.. well thats good that you snapped out of it and everyone makes mistakes and I think people that bully other people have nothing better to do or their self-esteem is lower than yours so they try to bring you done but just brush them off because they're not worth it.
