The correct answer is 18, 162 because if an angle of a parallelogram equals 18 then the measure of the other angle must be equal to ( 180-18) which is 162 and since that angle is 9 times the size of the first angle which is equal to 18 then dividing 162 by 9 gives us 18 as the question states so it is the correct answer.
