If something gives you course credit, it will be very clear on the signup about it. Otherwise, it does not. For example, here is a MOOC with some credit classes: https://www.udacity.com/collegecredit Notice how HUGE the words College Credit are? There was nothing like that on the MIT site, so no credit.

Depends on if it is semester or quarter.... they translate differently
