Which of the following organelles are common to both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells? Select one of the options below as your answer: A. Plasma membrane, ribosomes, and cytoplasm B. Cytoplasm, nucleolus, and ribosomes C. Ribosomes, nucleoid, and golgi apparatus

OpenStudy (aaronq):

what do the readings/lessons you went through say?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. Prokaryotes don't have a nucleolus as they do not have a nucleus (nucleolus only occur in nucleus) neither do they have a Golgi apparatus. A nucleoid is loose DNA (not membrane bound) which is found in prokaryotes but not eukaryotes. BOth have all the things listed in A.
