@aaronq or @summerforever21 plz HELP!
your right
thank you, I thought I was lol
welcome
Ehm fungi are not protists...
So B if not the correct answer
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/A_protist_that_can_surround_and_engulf_food_particles_is_most_likely look at this
so now i'm confused?
Wikia answers is a very unreliable source.
so what do you think it is
The process you describe is called phagocytosis (surrounding and engulf of food particles) Examples of protists that perform phagocytosis are amoeba. They look the most like animal cells
i just looked at another website and it said animal like
so you think it's C.?
But they are not considered animal cells, so D could be correct too
cant really say but it could be animal like
Yes animal like, but the questions is: is most likely a... not looks the most like. A protists is an organism from the kingdom protista. Fungi are a kingdom, animal cells are in the animalia kingdom and plants are in plantae. So D is the correct answer.
K thanks @thomaster
I gave you a medal on something else you did since I already gave out my other medal and I didn't want 2 take it back
No problem. @jazzyfa30 I would never take answers from Wikia/yahoo answers or weegy. anyone can answer on those site. Many users give the wrong answers. It's very unreliable. Same for wikipedia in some cases.
