thomaster (thomaster):

Electrons are negatively charged, and are located in the electron cloud Neutrons have a neutral charge, and are located in the nucleus Protons have a positive charge, and are also located in the nucleus What is F?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

why would they use letters (and not a combination of letters and numbers) for both columns, it makes everything so confusing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

electron cloud is negative right??

thomaster (thomaster):

Yes @aaronq i had to look 3 times at it to understand the combinations. B and E are incorrect. @dopekidsimmy electron cloud is negative yea just like the electrons, but in this question it's a location.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how do i put this my mind is jumbled up (-_-)

thomaster (thomaster):

I already gave you the answer and i also told you which are the wrong answers. Only change B and E You filled D for B. D (nucleus) is a location in the atom. For E you said C, C(neutron) is not a location, it's a particle in the nucleus
