Yes @aaronq i had to look 3 times at it to understand the combinations.
B and E are incorrect.

@dopekidsimmy electron cloud is negative yea just like the electrons, but in this question it's a location.

You filled D for B. D (nucleus) is a location in the atom.
For E you said C, C(neutron) is not a location, it's a particle in the nucleus
