Suppose a distrubution of scores has a mode of 20, a median of 45, and a mean of 30. Is this distribution symetrical, positive skew, or negative skew? Help?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

The mean is larger than the median Also, the median is larger than the mode So both of this points to the fact we're dealing with a positively skewed distribution (ie it's skewed to the right)
