Which is the healthiest serving of meat? A. broiled fish in a light butter sauce B. barbequed pork ribs cooked on an outdoor grill C. baked skinless chicken breast in tomato sauce D. ground beef with macaroni and a cheese sauce
hmm chicken or fish...
I'd go for the broiled fish :) Fish cointain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids.
Fish is healthy by itself. But butter? The chicken option probably gives us the least amount of fat. The first hint is that it's "skinless." When we cook chicken, the fat that melts away is usually held in place by the skin. Without the skin, the fat has nothing to contain it. Secondly, we see that the chicken is paired with a tomato sauce. Compare that with the butter sauce that goes with the fish. The tomato sauce is healthier.
Hm it's a close one :P either A or C Well I'm not a chef so i guess you're right :P
