Systems of equations with different slopes and different y-intercepts have one solution. Always Sometimes Never Systems of equations with the same slopes and different y-intercepts have no solution. Always Sometimes Never i am not of the answer to these two.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first one is sumtimes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

second on is sometimes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really?

OpenStudy (reemii):

first and first. my opinion.. (it is 2 equations with 2 variables right?)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first and first. what???

OpenStudy (reemii):

First question: "have one solution." -> always. Second question: "have no solution": -> always. (because of the same slope) |dw:1372367134926:dw|

OpenStudy (reemii):

how many equations are there in your systems?

OpenStudy (reemii):

for the second one I meant that they have never a solution. so i said "always no". sorry if it's confusing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so never?

OpenStudy (reemii):

never.

OpenStudy (reemii):

the 2nd question is confusing. if someone says "there is no solution", I'll say "this is always true"...
