Hey if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Please someone respond. I really need help with this answer.
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
you have 11 sqrt(245x^3) that is equalt to 11 sqrt(49.5x^3)
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
and 9 sqrt (45x^3) that is equal to 9 sqrt(9.5x^3)
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
what is the sqrt(49)

OpenStudy (ivettef365):
good, and what is the sqrt(x^3)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ummm.....
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
that is the same as sqrt (x.x.x), so as long as you have a pair you can pull one out
for example you said that sqrt(49) was 7, because that is sqrt(7.7), it is a pair
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
so sqrt(x^3) you can pull out one x and one stays inside, because it has no pair, only one have a pair, so sqrt(x^3) = xsqrt(x)

OpenStudy (ivettef365):
do you understand the explanation ??
OpenStudy (anonymous):
okay. i understand you so far.
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
so you have 11(7)xsqrt(5x) + 9sqrt(45x^3)
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
now we work on the other sqrt we have 9sqrt(9.5.x.x.x), so what do you take outside?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
3

OpenStudy (ivettef365):
good 3 and what else
OpenStudy (anonymous):
not sure
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
what about the x
OpenStudy (anonymous):
one x
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
so you have
11(7)xsqrt(5x) + 9(3)x sqrt(5x)

OpenStudy (ivettef365):
can you take it from there ??
OpenStudy (anonymous):
don't you just add everything up by now
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
first multiply 11x7 and 9x3 then add
OpenStudy (anonymous):
104
OpenStudy (ivettef365):
correct so you have 104xsqrt(5x)
