assuming the blue area is supposed to be the area that satisfies the inequality, I agree with you. I tried (0,10) as a test point and it satisfied the inequality. I eliminated b) from contention because of the dashed line signalling that the line itself was not part of the solution, and I eliminated a) by trying (0,0)
