You have worked with Venn diagrams containing two circles that overlap. The survey you create should ask a question where the surveyors must pick one choice over the other, pick both, or pick neither.

You will collect data from 5 other people and include your own opinion as the 6th piece of data. You may want to get your instructor’s opinion on the survey as one piece of data!

You will then get together with another student in the class and combine your data. Once you combine your data with your classmate’s data, you should have 12 pieces of data

Step 2: Venn diagram

Work together (or alone if you choose not to work with a classmate) to organize your data into a Venn diagram.

Label the following:
1.The title
2.Circle A
3.Circle B
4.Values for x, z, y, and v (substitute each variable in the diagram with the number of people it represents).

You may use Paint, Word, or PowerPoint, or draw by hand and scan. You must create and turn in your own Venn diagram.
