Probability 14 Online
OpenStudy (paradise):

Two cards are drawn with replacement from a standard deck of 52 playing cards. Find the probability that the first card is a king and the second is a diamond.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For the first card picked There Are 4 kings in a deck. So its C{52 4) 52 Choose 4 then put of the 4 cards we want 1 so C{4 1 }. The next card is a diamond so there are 13 diamonds in a deck. So its C{52 13) 52 Choose 13 then we want one diamond so C{13 1}. This is all divided by the total number of outcomes. I think this is right.
