Yes bird RBC's contain nuclei

Ohh u mean to say RBCs in mammals are without nucleus? but nuclei presence in RBC how does it make them different?

Because bird RBC's have a nucleus, the RBC's can carry less oxygen in the haemoglobin.

but if it carries less O2 then how is Aerobic respiration possible in wings region?

their capillaries are bigger in diameter so more erythrocytes can flow through :)

Atlast the conclusion is that the birds have flat bones which are hollow and their RBCs are nucleated which carry less o2 in haemoglobin and RBCs are formed in the bone marrow.

Oke I found the following: Birds do have bone marrow in their hollow bones, it's just a very thin layer. They don't need much bone marrow because the RBC's in birds have nuclei and that allows them to divide while in they're in the blood circulation. I hope that answers your question :)
