what is the solution to this set of equations 2x - 3y = -15 and x = 4y

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

2x - 3y = -15 x = 4y <----- this one is telling us that x = 4y why not use that "x" and plug it in the 1st one 2(4y)-3y = -15 # then solve for "y"
