Should I write a paper on Califronia's debt or the unemployment of California?

I think either would probably be find. There's probably a lot of information out there for both topics. 

If you want something a little different than maybe you can do it on California's debt since unemployment topics are quite common lately. The debt paper can be on how the debt effects California's economy and also the nation as a whole. Should the debt be a state or a national issue? How does it involve states' rights and how can the debt be fixed. Those are some possible things to mention.
