Hi, which is the best way to learn Biology?

That's different for everyone.
I like to watch videos and animations about biological processes. It's easier to understand when you see how it actually works. Also reading in books works.

read, read and read and then perform experiments to support what you've learned or whether what you've learn is supported by experiments.

I suggest analogies, if having continuos problems with remembering... most biology involves models, and models can (in most cases) easy be made into an analogy.
