I just want to know if there is a method to know about how many Byte an instruction is coded ( without coding of course)

You can find out how each instruction is encoded in e.g. http://www.freescale.com/files/archives/doc/ref_manual/M68000PRM.pdf For example, the LEA instruction uses 16 bits/2 bytes.
