Given sin B = .91 find angle B in radians. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth. someone please help me can find to get the correct answer

OpenStudy (jack1):

ok do you have a calculator handy...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i dont . im doing an online math class and its due in a couple of hours can you please help me

OpenStudy (jack1):

dude u need a cal to work it out... do u have a phone...? most have a calc function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (jack1):

cool so if sin b = 0.91 then b = arcsin 0.91 lets assume B is already in radians... so open the calc function look for the "sin" button now somewhere around there shoild be something that looks like \[\sin ^{-1}\] that's arcsin

OpenStudy (jack1):

so hit the "rad"button to make sure it's in radians then hit 0.91 then arcsin

OpenStudy (jack1):

it should give u an answer in radians

OpenStudy (jack1):

probably around 1... maybe just over...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.10 ?

OpenStudy (jack1):

is that what ur calc gave u...?

OpenStudy (jack1):

mine said 1.14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let me double check

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup 1.14 thanks

OpenStudy (jack1):

welcome dude
