1:2

4:2,3:6,4:8 and then simplify

Thats what I thought

What about their volumes and surface areas?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
the ratio for the area would be squared and the ones for the volume would be cubed

I am being asked to construct a pool and the pool should be a rectangular prism and is suppose to hold between 1400 ft3 and 3200 ft3 of water and be from 6-10 feet deep. I need to make sure that their is enough water that will be needed to fill the pool if the water needs to be 6 inches below the top of the pool. How do I make sure?
