You are being asked for the "y" values. You can determine what those are by passing a horizontal line from bottom to top. When the horizontal line intersects the red graph, look for the value on the y-axis. You'll be able to tell when you are out of range. To get an idea of how to do this, you can hold a piece of paper up to the bottom of the graph and use the top horizontal edge of the paper and slide the paper up the screen slowly. When you hit red, look to the middle for the "y" value.
