There are no steps :P
Be thankful that it's over the complex number system, and that it's not asking distinct solutions :)

When you have a polynomial, and you need the number of complex solutions, it's simply the largest exponent :D

That's because it's only asking for the number of solutions, and not for the solutions themselves.
If it were that, then it'd be harder :D
