How to factor?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[3x^{2}+9x^{2}+x+3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well do the same way i showed you how to do it last time on the other thread.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then that means ......1 sec..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(3x^{2}+9x^{2}) + (x+3) \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

next step is too?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

simplify

OpenStudy (anonymous):

..:'( how?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok \[3x^2(x+3)+(x + 3)\] then you will come up with \[(3x^2 + 1)(x + 3)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where did the 9x^2 go?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can see that i devide 3x^2 from 9x^2 so it became 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the equation (x + 3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tbh not very much, im sorry..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i mean you gave me the right answer, but i couldnt do it on my own yet
