I would like to study Interactive design orientated to the creative use of telecommunications and interactive media, I would like to know if some one can recommend me some universities (any city in the world) thanks

University of Maryland, College Park, has a telecommunications major, but I am not too familiar on how large it is, I know they have a website though: http://www.telecom.umd.edu/

Definitely the University of Michigan. It is incredibly entrepreneurially  minded and provides an incredible collaboration between design and engineering, specifically computer science
