well, y * \(\Delta x\) is the area of one box, so determine your partition width and plug in the left and right values to calculate the upper and lower limits

ok, so I don't know where to start with the Area. I know that one of the sum starts with 0 but does not include 1 while the other skips the 0 but includes the 1. Why is that?
