What are the coordinates of the point (–10, –3) after a 180 clockwise rotation about the origin?
Hi!|dw:1372803743882:dw|Can you locate the origin?

@laceyalyssa17?
I'm not sure how you would calculate this for your class. 180\(^\text o\) is a half rotation. And this rotation will be around the origin (point \((0,0)\)). 180\(^\text o\) will land you on the exact opposite side from the origin and just as far away. Since the position is opposite the origin you can just use the opposite coordinates. It'd be a little more complex if you had to do a different rotation. Different angle, or center-point. But This might be what you need to know. Good luck!
