how do you respond if someone says they love you with all their heart and soul

tell them how you truly feel, if you love them you tell him... if you don't , tell him you don't.. because you don't want to make a choice that you regret.. because if you say you love him and don't mean it. it'll show and it WILL hurt him.. real talk
