I don't understand your question? Are you asking what the editor means by "repetitive"? If so, yes, the same word over and over in a small writing piece is repetitive- but so is using sentences that mean the same thing but have different wording, and using multiple synonyms of the same word in a small piece. This is doesn't always count for more creative pieces like poetry or lyrics, though, because repeating a word or using synonyms is often a way to keep the rhythm/beat going. As far as academic pieces go, repetition should be avoided at all cost. Hope this helps.
