The largest building in the world by volume is the Boeing 747 plant in Everett, Washington. It measures approximately 633m long, 709 yards wide, and 109 ft high. A) What is its volume in cubic feet? 2) Convert results from part A to cubic meters @theEric
Hi! Haha, who measure this building?!?!? Now there are several ways to do this, and you can choose whichever one seems easiest. 1. Multiply them all together, then do unit conversions. 2. Do unit conversions on each, then multiply them all. 3. Do unit conversions AND multiply them as you go through them (that sounds the most annoying). Up to you - you pick.
nvm :) i solved it :)
Sweet!
TY!
Haha, np, I did nothing!
Did you get 53498287.456666666666666666666667, or \(5.35\times 10^7\) with sig figs? I think you just round normally...
Forr the first part, I mean.
i got 4.83 x 10^8
Ah! I make calculation mistakes. I'll recheck myself.
Yep! My bad! But now I got 44742871.646341463414634146341463. Maybe just a conversion or something I did wrong.
Got 481484587.11 this time... Ah well, they're close. It might depends on the accuracy of the meter-to-foot conversion.
And 13,634,125.197902547385503145637787\(m^3\).
\(1.36\small \ E \normalsize \ 7 \)
