Well...this equation is written in slope intercept form

$$y = mx + b$$

in this equation

'b' = y-intercept (should be your first point)
'm' = slope (will be how you find your second point

so with your equation

$$y = -3x + 20$$

(0,20) is your y-intercept...so you would plot that first....

to find your next point...you look at the slope

-3/1....means you start from your first point....move down 3 units....then over to the right 1 unit...since this is a negative slope...and plot that point
