i did contact the amassador manager on email but no reply. its been going on for over a month. i wasnt told but thank you i guess ima work to get my 'A' again.

When I had that problem, I sent a request for help message to contact@openstudy.com . I also post the problem in the OS Feedback Forum. The problem was resolved in about a week.
