OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK ! The second question is very easy. If you have a function f which has an inverse function : \[f^{-1}\] Then : \[f\circ f^{-1}(x)=x\\ f^{-1}\circ f(x)=x\]

i still dont get it

i found the first one, i got 9

@idreamofpink My 1st reply above is answering the 3rd question !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhhh okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait what is the actual answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Good! Now for finding \[h^{-1}\] We write : \[h(y)=x\] and we try to find the expression of y. So : \[h(y)=x \iff 8y-13=x\iff 8y=x+13\iff y=\frac{x+13}{8}\] So : \[h^{-1}(x)=\frac{x+13}{8}\]
