calculate the present value of annutiy due for 75 rupees for 15 years deferred 7 years hence at 5% p.a.
what does that even mean?
lol, it's about annuities.. i didn't get the subject properly too.. it's about banking.. trying to reduce the amount of interest to be paid by over-complicating C.I.

umm.. there is no formula given for deferred annuity of annuity due. only deffered annuity for annuity immediate is known.. if i'd known the formula, i'd have worked it out already..

umm, P = (a/i) x ( 1 - (1+i)^-n) P = present annuity a = amount of installment i = rate/100 n = no. of installments
