I am citing a website in MLA. The name of the website shown in the tab is NVCAP, do I use the abbreviation as they did or National Victims' Constitutional Amendment Passage?

As far as citation goes, I would probably use the full title. If you reference this in your work, however, you can use the full title first time around, putting the abbreviation in parentheses beside it, and then use that throughout the rest of your paper. Hope this helps.
