well you can't do much without a scatter plot... so I'd suggest you input the data into excel and then do a scatter plot... or perhaps one on the online scatter plot tools.. such as http://www.mathwarehouse.com/charts/online-scatter-plot-maker.php just reading the data there appears to be a strong positive correlation in the data
