Hm, it's kind of hard to work with something like that without the details of the assignment, but my tip would be think cause and effect. Why does child marriage happen? What influences it, encourages it, allows it to keep going? What countermeasures can be taken against these causes? Remember that to explain how to stop something, you have to first explain what keeps it going. Hope this helps.
