My sister installed "IMVU" well we told her to uninstall it and she did but after then her computer does not want to search anything on the internet. Well my dad said she uninstalled something important that her computer needed (Acer) how can we fix it, someone please help! If need more detail on the problem just ask!

Anyway, it most likely she didn't uninstall anything important to the computer, but more likely she installed something that is affecting the computer. Try restoring the computer towards an earlier date?
If its only internet explorer acting weird do this:
Click the gear wheel.
A window will pop-up click the Advance tab.
Then click the Reset button.

Get the installation files for internet (Chrome or IE) via USB and install them on the computer to see if it works. If you have a older system image try restoring to that
