Do you know anything about the Industrial Revolution? Well, it just happens to be that the Industrial Revolution was one of the most important times in history! The Industrial Revolution had both positive and negative effects on society and the economy. However, while the Industrial Revolution had both positive and negative effects on society and the economy, the negative effects outweighed the positive. It’s true! You will see why in a minute.
Now, it is true that the Industrial Revolution increased production. This made factories make more things and in less time for the increased demand of the growing population. Great? More like, not so great. These factories were main the reason for the increase of pollution in the world! Due to the factories, Earth’s atmosphere, and water, was polluted. This caused an increase in health problems, and made life on Earth dangerous!
