7.2 lbs at birth....gains .2 lbs each week.
 at least 12 lbs......12 - 7.2 = 4.8/.2 = 24.....it would take 24 weeks to get to 12 lbs.
20 - 12 = 8.....8/.2 = 40...it would take 40 weeks to reach 20 lbs.

so the baby could ride the plane starting in 24 weeks and going until 40 weeks.
I am not good with interval notation, so I am just guessing here....[24,40]
