What is sugar puckering?? I also came up with a few terms like c-2' endo and c-3' endo. What are these terms?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sugar is added to nucleotides in DNA formation. How the sugar binds in the helix formation determines the tightness of the helix, so it will be A form or B form. A form is more condensed and has the feature of sugar pucker.

C2' or C3' endo pucker means that C2' or C3' are on the same side as the base and C4'-C5' bond. Basically Purines show a preference for C2' endo pucker conformation type where Pyrimidines favour C3' endo.
