Turn it into a fraction first, then it doesn't matter if you multiply or divide first because you will get the same answer

3.39/6.60 x 100.....just multiply
339/6.60....now divide
51.36

or

3.39/6.60 x 100 ...divide first
.5136 x 100 now multiply
51.36
