If you simplify the expression I think it will turnout like this... \[\frac{ x ^{6} y ^{-3} }{ y ^{3} }\] Use the exponential properties \[x ^{6} y ^{-3} y ^{-3}\] than you can add them \[x ^{6} y ^{ (-3) + (-3)}\] I think you get this \[x ^{6} y ^{-6}\]
