hmm, it says in the assignment that points B and C are placed right of the point A.
also, it stated that 4AB = 3AC. now we calculate:

$$4AB = 3AC$$$$AB = \frac{ 3 }{ 4 }AC$$

we can see that the big length AC consists of AB and BC. so if the AB = (3/4)AC.
