Which of the following best describes the influences on how elected representatives vote on bills? Choices that the representatives make on bills seem to have no pattern or any similarities. Personal attitudes, party affiliation, and constituent wishes all affect representatives' votes. The political parties mandate their representatives to vote the same as other party members. Representatives have to approve all bills introduced by the president and can choose on others.
